Martín A. Fandiño

Martín A. Fandiño is a founding partner of Fandiño Abogados. He concentrates his practice on corporate and commercial law and asset protection.

Mr. Fandiño has 15 years of experience counseling clients ranging from multinational corporations to high net-worth individuals and family groups in all facets of corporate and business law, insolvency, asset protection and estate planning. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, due diligence and risk management y director’s liability.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fandiño practiced law in PricewaterhouseCoopers, Estudio Moltedo and Abeledo Gottheil Abogados. In Abeledo Gottheil he served as attorney in charge of the corporate law department. Before founding Fandiño Abogados, Mr. Fandiño also served as general manager for Business Pages LLC, first for its office in Buenos Aires, Argentina and then for its office in São Paulo, Brazil, both of which he helped open and establish.

Education

Mr. Fandiño received his law degree in 1997 from the Universidad Católica Argentina School of Law. He pursued graduate studies in high technology law, also at the Universidad Católica Argentina School of Law.
